How Many Online Jobs Do You Need?

I think we all need to do something on this problem. Employers are asking more and more results from their outsourcing employees. They pay $250 or less and they expect a 40hours work.

Here is the deal:

$250 = PHP10,000+

Question: Is it enough?
Answer: I don't think it is not enough for a Full time work.

Okay, when applying for job. Check your capability and your skill set. When you are starting at $250 and you can see you are improving.. THEM TELL THEM TO INCREASE YOUR PAY OR ELSE YOU WILL BE STUBBORN. LOL (it's in caps lock!!!)

Next, when you quit on Job#1 (because probably, the increase you want is not granted...)

Applying for another job..

Be honest to the interviewer and tell them what you need. You need a Full time Pay with these and that benefits!!! I think they will understand these stuffs..

And lastly!! Give your best shot and do not try to please them at the first month and get really difficult with them on the next months..

When the pay is high, give them your best. When it is low? TELL THEM!!!!

I don't think we need 2 or 3 online jobs when 1 can give us great benefits and stability? right?
